CARBONE Opens at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai

The legendary New York-Italian restaurant CARBONE launches its first UAE outpost at Atlantis The Royal on 6th October 2025. Brought by Major Food Group, the Dubai opening marks the brand’s tenth global location and will feature its iconic dishes — Spicy Rigatoni, Caesar alla ZZ, Veal Parmesan, Chicken Massimo and more. The space channels 1950s Italian-American glamour with chandeliers, leather banquettes, jewel-toned seating, a striking bar and a massive jellyfish tank as the showpiece.
