Southeast Asia has officially found a home in Bandra, and Seasee makes a compelling first impression. Every dish feels like a stop across the region, celebrating flavours from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam without trying too hard to reinvent them.
Before the food even arrives, the space sets the mood. Seasee captures the energy of Southeast Asia’s bustling streets through warm earthy tones, tropical greenery and textured wall. Thoughtfully designed corners make the restaurant feel lively without being overwhelming. It’s modern, inviting and effortlessly transportive perfect for everything from long lunches to evening dinners.

The Bánh Mì deserves a special mention too. The filling was delicious and beautifully balanced; if the bread had just a little more crunch, it would’ve been close to perfect. The Dimsums were another pleasant surprise—delicate, flavourful and done just right.
We started with a table full of appetisers, and honestly, they set the bar incredibly high. The Edamame Money Bags were crisp, creamy and impossible to stop eating. The Spring Rolls and Fish Cakes were equally satisfying, but the absolute standout of the meal was the Bak Kut Teh Pork Ribs. Rich, deeply comforting and packed with flavour, they’re reason enough to return.

The cocktails are just as much fun as the food. With quirky names like Island Hopper, 7 Eleven, Rice Rice Baby, Hot Mess and Grind On My Thai, they instantly catch your attention. Every drink has its own personality, inspired by Southeast Asian flavours, and they’re so easy to sip that you can easily lose track of how many you’ve had. My favourites were Island Hopper and Grind On My Thai.
By the time the mains arrived, we were already quite full, but skipping them would’ve been a mistake. The Thai Curry Rice was fragrant, comforting and exactly what you’d want from a well-made curry. The Massaman Curry with Roti Canai easily became another favourite. The curry was rich without feeling heavy, while the roti was so flaky and buttery that it was worth eating even on its own.
Dessert continued the good run. The Mango Sticky Rice delivered on flavour and balance, although serving it a little colder would’ve elevated it even further. The French Toast was indulgent, beautifully caramelised and a lovely way to end the meal.

What makes Seasee work isn’t just the menu—it’s the experience as a whole. The restaurant feels warm, welcoming and full of character, making it easy to lose track of time over good food and conversation.
