The French Toast Festival celebrates the timeless charm of French toasts through three new & decadent limited-edition French toast creations, each designed to bring comfort and flavour to rainy-day cravings and exclusively crafted for the season.
The three new French toasts include Crème Brûlée, a decadent creation featuring a rich vanilla custard cream topped with a golden layer of caramelised sugar, served over Ladurée’s homemade brioche. The Tiramisu flavour brings a playful twist to the classic Italian dessert, with coffee-infused brioche layered with velvety mascarpone cream, coffee sauce, and a dusting of cocoa. For those who prefer something fruity, the Blueberry option offers a delightful mix of fresh blueberries, blueberry jam, whipped heavy cream, pecan nuts, and a generous drizzle of maple syrup. At The Ritz-Carlton in Pune, guests can savour the Crème Brûlée and Blueberry options.
Adding to the monsoon charm is Ladurée’s Monsoon Special High Tea, a thoughtfully curated experience featuring an elegant spread of signature macarons, finger bars, savoury croissants, and croque sandwiches, all served with a choice of hot tea or coffee. Priced at ₹2999++, this seasonal high tea invites guests to slow down and indulge in a luxurious Parisian-inspired tea-time moment, perfect for cozy afternoons or elegant gatherings.The Monsoon Specials menu goes live from 18th July onwards.
