The Forest Mushroom Risotto is a standout, comforting yet nuanced. Complementing the food is Beverage Director Fay Barretto’s Omakase Cocktail Bar, Mumbai’s first of its kind, where cocktails are crafted with intention, sustainability, and storytelling. Together, the cuisine, cocktails, and setting create an experience that feels immersive, elegant, and quietly indulgent.
